This demo takes you through the different steps of an M-scan process.
Of course we will tailor everything to your specific needs and business context : the first step will be to define the competence areas we want to scan, then to develop the specific questions per area.
In this demo you can pick some areas and questions that we already prepared for you.

By competence areas we do not mean specific elements of behaviour, for example 'I will quickly respond to an incoming email' but the overall attitude of a person towards 'my email communication' (this could be a specific question)
This enables to us make groups of behaviours and competences, called competence areas. The competence areas (categories) you can select in this demo are only an example of the endless possibilities that M-scan offers.

In the M-scan (not in this demo) we will together specify the behaviours & competences you want to screen. We will generally recommend to have 5 to max. 10 questions within each competence area. The Coachee receives an email with a detailed explanation of the process and is invited to respond spontaneously to all the questions

Once you have developed all questions within the chosen competence areas, M-scan will automatically generate an e-mail invitation that is sent to both the member of staff as well as to the coach. The system also informs the users via email when new events happen e.g. when new questions or scores are available.
here are some (prepared) questions for the chosen competence areas - both the Ambassador and the direct Coach will now score (normally all the questions in all the competence areas).
Score on a scale from 0 (lowest score) to 10 (highest score).
The results are plotted on a visual graph in 3 stages. First the users will get their own results. A click later the coach assessment will be added. There's no limit to the number of coaches that can get impact on or access to the results, any other evaluations by other colleagues or coaches can be shown too.
the 'internal coach' (Sales Manager, Teamleader, …) is invited to 'scan' his/his Ambassadors, and will have immediate access to all the results ('360 views') - the coach can also check out all the detailled answers and compose the comparisons/views he/she wants
the mindstretch-coach makes his scan after a fieldtrip or a deskcoaching- session - this view is also available to the internal coach
